Refund Policy

Product Delivery

Our products are currently delivered through digital subscriptions only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within five (5) minutes but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided when signing up for the service.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and you will also be able to access a copy of the invoice on your dashboard.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our product is a digital service delivered via Internet delivery we generally offer no refunds once the subscription has been paid for. However we do make exceptions.

Service is provided and it is non-refundable once payment has been processed. The buyer is responsible for defining any settings that will enable them to make full use of the service.
